Dust to Digital: Electronic Document & Record Management For the Broome County Department of Public Works- Engineering Divison
Description
The Broome County Department of Public Works- Engineering Division is currently preparing to implement an Electronic Document and Records Management System (EDRMS) to store their increasing number of digital records and to manage existing paper records and to manage existing paper records as they are digitized. This study examines how other municipal public works and engineering operations similar to the Engineering Division integrate electronic document and record management into their organization.
