Abstract
The United Way of Broome County emphasizes the importance of organizational collaboration and resources sharing among its partner agencies. However, the United Way of Broome County does not know specifically how partner agencies collaborate with each other, nor does it fully understand the barriers that these nonprofit agencies face with regards to these collaborative efforts.
