Abstract
In this episode, we hear from three undergraduate comparative literature students about women and slavery in the United States. They focus on the representation of women in slavery through literature and how slavery is taught in the U.S. school system. They interview the founder of The Underground Railroad History Project of the Capital Region; they also interview a historian with the Broome County Historical Society.
