Abstract
In this episode, Daina Tabūna—a Latvian writer—discusses her process of writing a collection of short stories. She explains how the experiences she had as a child influenced her writing and how she morphs real experiences into fiction to portray the emotions behind the story. We read excerpts from the title story and "Deals with God" from her collection, The Secret Box.
