Abstract

The United Way of Broome County (UWBC) is interested in pursing a collaborative grant initiative, in which two or more agencies would receive a grant to implement a common program. UWBC lacked the information necessary to determine whether it should adopt a collaborative grant. In particular, it did not know if partners had the willingness or ability to participate in a collaborative grant or how partners would the grant to be structured.
