Abstract

A percentage of its total operating budget, Mill Street Loft's (MSL) individual donations have remained at 3 percent since 2011. MSL would like to launch new programs and expand program scholarship assistance but is unable to do so because of its small level of discretionary income. This study examines how MSL can enhance fundraising strategies to increase individual donations.
