Abstract
The graphical abstract is a simple infographic designed to give readers an immediate visual impression of the main findings of a research paper. It aims to make the research more accessible for readers. Thus, it is important to consider design aspects that go into creating a clear and concise graphical abstract. Some journals require a graphical abstract for article publication, while others make it an option. This session is best for attendees who study a particular discipline and come prepared with an abstract, preferably of their own research, but they may also practice creating a graphical abstract with a published paper of their choosing.
